Guest Policies and Information

  1. Deposit For online and phone credit card bookings a 50% deposit is due at time of booking. For deposits by personal check or money order, deposit must be received in 7 days to hold reservation. Deposits will not be accepted without the security deposit information. (See Item # 6.)
  2. Final Payment For Holiday/Spring Break bookings, the second and final payment is due 90 days prior to visit. For all other bookings, the second and final payment is due 30 day prior to visit.
  3. Cancellation Cancellation must be made in writing. Email is acceptable. Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival (90 days prior to arrival for Holiday/Spring Break bookings) will receive a full refund less a 10% service charge. After 30 days (90 days for Holiday/Spring Break), notice of cancellation will authorize us to make every effort to re-rent the reserved space. If re-rented, a refund of deposit, less a 10% service charge will be made. If the unit is not re-rented, the deposit will not be refunded.
  4. Check-In Time Regular Check-In is between 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm on the day of arrival. Please stop in at the Coldwell Banker Property Management Offices located at 3375 Hwy 434, Suite C, in Angel Fire (Located in the Mountain View Mall). For after-hours check-in stop by the office. Your package will be available in the Overnight Box.
  5. Check-Out Time Check-out time is 11:00 am on day of departure. Please contact us if late departure is required. We will attempts to accommodate you, but units must be cleaned between check-out and the next check-in.
  6. Security Deposit Credit card information as security is required by Coldwell Banker Property Management for any damages caused, theft, or excessive cleaning required. Occupant is liable for any damages to premises and to furnishings, equipment, and household items, excluding normal wear.
  7. Pets are allowed in a per case basis.
  8. Non-smoking All Coldwell Banker Property Management properties are non-smoking.
