In 2007, with years of experience in the field, Manny Trujillo, Qualifying Broker, and Lisa Sutton, President, started their own real estate company - Coldwell Banker Sutton Trujillo Group, Inc.
Then a light bulb went on, something clicked, the pieces fell into place; pick your metaphor to describe the realization that many of their property buyers were interested in renting out their new properties to defray the expense of a second home, and many clients needed places to stay while viewing properties in town. Thus Coldwell Banker Property Management was born.
